Sitting on the fence?

So, the Government has advised that ‘Open Homes’ are allowed again –
* Private appointments for inspection (as previously advised); and,
* Open inspections with a maximum of six (6) people including the real estate agent inside the home at any one time, with no more than one person per 4 square metres.
To be frank, we haven’t really missed open homes, we have found private inspections to be an excellent source of qualified buyers and will be offering our future sellers the option going forward to run our campaigns by ‘Private Inspection Only’ or using the traditional open home model.
What is clear is that with private inspection only we have to make it as easy for buyers as is digitally possible so providing video, 3D floorplans and also traditional floorplans is very effective, we have packages available to make this a cost-effective investment and a very efficient one.
How is the Market?
It’s really bloody good, we are almost out of properties on the real estate portals that are not under offer so we need to get some of our clients on the market asap, we are starting to feel like Coles and Woolies felt about Toilet Roll a few weeks ago, it’s great to be selling so much but we need to meet the demand of buyers in the market.
